Anubhuti has been creating, publishing and disseminating this Mental Justice Planner since 2021.

It was created to fill the gap of easily accessible literature for mental health support in a local language, in a format that is used by a wide range of persons and as part of everyday life – without any additional burden or stigma or guilt.

The planner consists of positive, motivational, realistic messages for taking care of our Mental well-being, using a large variety of real life situations in the grassroots as examples. It is thus a form of preventive mental health support – a “positive mental health” literature.

This year too we are reaching diverse stakeholders, community leaders, youth and practitioners along with discussions about their role in upholding mental dignity of those around them.
