This second generation of youth leaders are really emerging into their own now. This is the 15yrs+ batch from over 10 Nomadic, Adivasi, rural, tent communities, who are forming the second line of leaders, communicators, bridges and most importantly aware and intellectually conscious members in the community. With increasing social, Constitutional, political, cultural and historical understanding, it is also true that they are struggling with innumerable challenges, constantly having to make very hard choices and yet, they give their time and commitment for social change. It is towards these grassroot youth that we can look towards for a progressive future.
