This week’s parent-youth debate session on career leadership for students who passed and also those who attempted but could not pass 10th & 12th exams, became a truly unforgettable experience. A large number of the participating youth came from Adivasi and Nomadic Denotified communities.
The entire day was dedicated to discussing the finer aspects of career development — resolving doubts, searching for answers together, identifying what still needs to be learned, and planning a roadmap for the next three years.
The second half of the program brought parents and youth face-to-face in an open discussion and debate. The young people listened to the perspectives and concerns of their parents, while parents heard the thoughts, struggles, and aspirations of their children.
The atmosphere was filled with intense discussions, laughter, emotional moments, concerns, encouragement, and hope — all together. Conversations rooted in reality are always honest, transparent, and deeply meaningful. There was no pretence or showmanship — only truth in its purest form. This career guidance initiative will remain a memorable experience for everyone involved.
