KrantiJyoti_LearningScholarship 0.5 ITI_Ambernath (Industrial Training Institute) A three-day intensive training program has been successfully completed here. It can be said that there was 100% participation of Nomadic, seminomadic Denotified, and Adivasi youth. Such initiatives are ongoing to build foundational_leadership. The training engages with justicebased perspectives on mentalhealth and careers, while also critically examining deeply rooted structures such as gender, capitalism, caste, and class systems, so that the vision of young people becomes sharper and more informed. Imagining what safe, dignified spaces for education and development look like is equally important—especially when young people themselves begin to articulate these visions. Collective learning plays a foundational role in shaping this understanding.
