The participants actively contributed to bringing clarity on how mental empowerment that begins at the community ,nationstates level unfolds into mental empowerment at the individual level. A large number of children from Nomadic and DenotifiedTribes as well as Adivasi communities are enrolled in Industrial Training Institutes( ITI) .Building management and leadership capacities among educators can therefore prove beneficial for the well-being and interests of these students.
