Mental Health Workshop with Women from Adivasi pada

Delved into the complexities of mental health, illustrating how life presents us with various emotional phases—fear, anger, jealousy, loneliness, happiness, sadness, and frustration. Recognizing these emotions is crucial, as they are a natural part of life.

One example shared was of a woman who, after having three daughters, feared societal and familial backlash if she were to have another daughter. This kind of pressure can lead to significant mental distress, highlighting the urgent need for a supportive environment
